We also have a warehouse located in Long Island

Hours: M – F 9AM – 5PM

Who we are looking for:

3-5 years of Office experience
Detail oriented
Team player
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Professional Communication skills
Financial organization skills
Customer Service skills

What you will be doing:

Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
Interact with clients via phone and email, answering any questions and directing them appropriately
Support office management tasks to maintain a well-functioning workplace
Utilize various software applications for document creation, organization, analysis, and collaboration
Assist with office management tasks, including coordinating meetings and events, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
