Responsibilities:
– Assist in managing the front office operations and ensure smooth daily operations
– Greet and assist clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle clients inquiries
– Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, faxing, scanning, and data entry
– Manage clients records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
– Perform routine filing of PDF forms and maintain documentation
– Assist with other basic tasks in the organization as needed
– Coordinate and assist with planning of office meetings

Experience:

– Fluency in English & Spanish is required
– Previous experience in Paralegal, Credit restoration and/or educational consulting organization is a plus
– Proficiency and effective usage of office workflow CRM, Microsoft Office Suites & Google Workspace is essential
– Strong administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail
– Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is beneficial
– Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
