As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral part of our team by making sure that the office space is fully functional, that our sales calls reach the right people, and that our documentation meets high standards. Responsibilities

Office Operations & Maintenance

Manage office supplies, snacks, and marketing materials, ensuring inventory is stocked

Oversee daily shipping and receiving, including ordering, tracking, and billing

Act as the primary contact for building management, maintenance personnel, and IT support for meeting rooms and office equipment

Administrative & Team Support

Answer and direct phone calls, track incoming sales leads, and facilitate office meetings

Schedule and coordinate office meetings and events, company events, and team outings

Order and pick up weekly catered lunches

Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for office processes

HR & Financial Support

Support the recruiting and onboarding team to ensure a seamless new-hire experience

Process and track expense reports for personal and director-level expenses

Requirements

Able to work 10-20 hours a week

Bachelors Degree in relevant degree

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office experience

Solid writing and math skills

Proactive self-starter who consistently takes initiative to go above and beyond

Highly responsive & detail oriented

Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment

Customer service oriented outlook with a friendly, upbeat attitude

Curiosity to learn about DMC’s processes, services, and technical offerings

Reliable access to a car for the occasional errands

Experience in an administrative role is preferred

Ability to lift 40 lbs

Compensation

Compensation is based on industry and location standards.

$20-$25 per hour
