Our client is dedicated to advancing the chemistry field and its practitioners for the benefit of society. They are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their Education Division.
Job Description:
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will provide key administrative and organizational support to the Education Division. This role involves managing meetings, handling inquiries related to LinkedIn Learning, maintaining files, and assisting with dashboard interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Education Division.
Organize meetings, schedules, and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
Respond to LinkedIn Learning inquiries and support users in navigating the platform.
Maintain and organize files, dashboards, and reports.
Work independently to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Administrative experience with a focus on meeting coordination and inquiry management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Learning and experience interacting with dashboards.
Experience with NetForum (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may substitute for education).
