In this exciting role, you will play an integral part in coordinating and supporting the office administration of the operations at ourLyndhurstsite. This is a part-time position with an average of 26-30 hours per week, and the specific work hours can be discussed during the interview. This role offers a great opportunity which has the potential to provide flexible work hoursto fit your lifestyle, including some family and school friendly hours.What Will You Do?As An Administrative Assistant, You Will Be Responsible For

efficiently managing the diaries, schedules and appointments for the VIC/TAS State Manager

managing the travel bookings and accommodation for key personnel

coordinating site visits by booking meeting rooms, arranging IT setup and ensuring the availability of necessary resources

assisting in planning and organising various events, including employee functions, conferences, seminars, and workshops

managing expenses by reconciling office invoices and the expenses of the VIC/TAS State Manager

assisting with fleet management for VIC/TAS

working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and be solution focused

More About You

You will either have previous administrative experience or tertiary education in business/equivalent experience with proficient skills in Microsoft Office. You take a consultative and supportive approach but can be decisive when required.

Someone who enjoys working with people, you will have proficient interpersonal skills as well as an adaptable and influencing communication style. Working in a busy environment, you do not lose sight of the objective and can ensure you stay on top of things.
