Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing receipts/tickets, and supporting our office and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers as needed
Match receipts/tickets received from customers with store copies
Review and analyze notes on customer tickets to verify that any requested changes or special instructions have been accurately reflected and properly documented
Conduct thorough verification of tickets, ensuring accuracy and completeness as they are the final point of review before disposal
Scan tickets, AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and shipping documents into our POS system
Maintain organized filing of AP documents
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to work well in a shared office space
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Basic computer skills, including experience with scanning and filing systems is a plus
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
