Job Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Secretary to support leadership and key staff in a busy, fast-paced office environment. If you’re organized, thrive on helping others, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Support the management team with daily administrative tasks
Create and send monthly meeting calendars and Outlook invites
Check and organize incoming mail
Receive inventory in SAP system
Maintain internal phone list and org chart
Schedule meetings and conference rooms
Order employee badges and handle updates
Assist with new hire onboarding coordination
Submit food orders for events and plant visits
Enter and submit salary overtime reports
Provide back-up support to multiple internal roles when needed
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in an office or administrative setting
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Typing, data entry, and scheduling experience
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to adapt and handle changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
