We are seeking an experienced team member to join our staff at Partners In Safety, Inc. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email
Assist clients with inquiries regarding our corporate health services
Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve service and maintain an efficient and effective operation

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with call center operations
Multilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.22 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
