The current opportunities available are for Administrative Assistants – Project Coordinators.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
– Update and maintain computerized database systems.
– Enter, manage, and manipulate data accurately and efficiently.
– Gather and compile data from online databases and files
– Organize and oversee work schedules, tracking details including numbers, durations, and outstanding tasks.
– Arrange travel, accommodations, and room bookings for meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
– Ensure necessary equipment and boardroom setups are in place.
– Monitor, track, and follow up on the progress of reports.
– Send reminders to team members and address delays
Qualifications and Skills Required:
– Prior administrative experience, preferably in a government or ministry environment.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss routine matters and draft clear, professional correspondence.
