Are you a multitasking maestro with a knack for keeping projects on track? We are seeking an enthusiastic Project and Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this unique 50/50 role, you will be in both administrative and project management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.

Project Management:

Organize and manage project schedules, setting milestones and deadlines for team members to ensure timely project completion.

Support budget management by tracking expenses and requesting additional funds when needed.

Manage vendors, including onboarding, creating/maintaining purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and tracking accruals.

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive support to several executive team members, including calendar, travel, and expense management.

Assist the Chief of Staff with slide presentations, reports, dashboards, and other tasks as needed.

Coordinate corporate meetings, both on-site and offsite, handling contracts, logistics, catering, and technology setup.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate candidate interviews, new hire introductions, and onboarding processes.

Support various department administrative needs, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Exhibit excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of project coordination or project management experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong skills in reconciling, purchase orders, project management, invoices, and NDAs.

Additional skills in administrative support, budgeting, and contracts.
