Position Overview:
We’re seeking a high-performing Personal and Executive Assistant who is loyal and supportive to serve as the right hand to our ownership team and CFO, supporting the professional demands of leading a dynamic organization. This is a unique, high-impact role that blends executive-level administrative work with individual support and organizational coordination. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, strong analytical thinking, and a deep commitment to integrity and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Organizational Support
Perform a broad range of very sensitive, confidential, and proprietary administrative functions.
Coordinate family logistics, including personal travel, both domestic and international.
Manage and optimize the professional calendars of the owner and CFO, including meetings.
Perform general administration duties.
Responsible for planning functions, including but not limited to annual meetings, holiday celebrations, and specialized training
Awards and Tenure recognition planning and execution
Liaise with vendors and manage repair service scheduling.
Assists with personal items for the owner
Manage executive office space.
Interaction with all managerial and executive personnel as required.
Assists with communication with all third-party professional service providers
Special vendor relationship management
New store construction supports the team
Document creation and circulation– leases, notes
Document management storage

Required Qualifications
Intense multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
Professional communication and relationship management skills across all levels
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound decision-making
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information utilizing an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations.
Perform administrative duties to include phone coverage, meeting coordination report preparation, presentations, composing correspondence for signature, etc.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary based on experience – $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
