Casa del Mar is seeking Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate must be reliable and highly organized. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and work well independently.

Ability to communicate clearly
Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and Excel applications
Assist in zoom meetings and online surveys
Assist in organizing construction and remodeling projects
Research and bid products and services as required
Organize files, both paper and electronic
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Mail outs and correspondence with owners, vendors and other entities
Experience with office equipment such as, computers, copiers, and scanners
Accurate data entry
Notarize documents
Run errands and plan company parties
Assist management team members and perform other duties as requested
At least 2 years’ experience in administrative support
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $37,500.00 per year
