Our busy and growing medical spa is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires experience with bookkeeping and strong tech skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform light bookkeeping and invoicing (QuickBooks or similar)
Manage patient scheduling, records, and intake forms
Handle email correspondence and phone support
Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bookkeeping experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior Med Spa, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus
Have a good understanding with spreadsheets (ex: excel)
