Responsibilities:
– Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Maintain organized and up-to-date order files
– Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate order quantities and totals
– Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze order data
– Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in basic math calculations
– Familiarity with file management systems and maintaining organized records
– Advanced knowledge of Excel for data entry and analysis
– Excellent clerical skills, including accurate typing and data entry abilities
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in transcribing information
