Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Jobs in Onida, SD at Ringneck Energy
Our Partner is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable and proactive Front Desk Office Administrator to join the team for a 4+month assignment with a potential to convert to a full-time employee. This role is essential in supporting various Office functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office location. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication etiquette, computer literacy, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.
Duties
Manage and route incoming calls, mail, and persons each day treating all with a positive attitude and the utmost respect
Assist in the organization and registration of training programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance
Assit with front desk operations, providing a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
Maintain organized filing systems for employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Handle calendar management for HR meetings, interviews, and employee events.
Support budgeting processes related to HR initiatives and departmental needs, including internal company events
Support event planning for internal company events on a monthly basis.
Provide assistance in recruitment processes, including coordinating onboarding activities.
Assist with the office maintenance including cleanliness of kitchen.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Experience in event planning is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
