Front Office Administrator (Entry-Level)
Position: Front Office Administrator (Entry-Level) – Full Time
Department: Homer Industries, LLC.
Job Summary: The Front Office Assistant is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, informing customers of products/services offered, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Provide a wide variety of administrative support to multiple managers and departments.
Ability to handle various administrative duties such as answering telephones, taking messages, filing, order entry and point of sale transactions.
Operate office equipment such as computers, copiers and phone systems.
Develop customer knowledge base and relationships with all customers. Must understand and abide by various customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective level of oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn new programs quickly.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail
Flexible daytime hours and Saturday’s when needed
High School degree.
Benefits:
Starting pay is $19-$21/hr
Pay is determined by experience, skill, education, and other factors
Able to enroll in benefits after 60-day new hire probation period
