Job Description:

Clyntal is looking for an organized and customer-focused Mailroom Clerk/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure the efficient handling of mail and office correspondence. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organizational skills with a professional demeanor to contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

– Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.

– Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

– Maintain accurate records of mailroom operations, including logs of deliveries and shipments.

– Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

– Monitor and order office supplies to ensure a well-stocked mailroom and reception area.

– Keep the reception and mailroom areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

– Support additional office duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or mailroom role is a plus.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.

– Excellent time management and organizational skills.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

– Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour
