What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Greet all visitors, clients, vendors, candidates, employees, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, including visitor logs and guest badges
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, taking and relaying messages promptly
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including scheduling meetings and assisting with office events
- Maintain the reception area and shared front-office spaces in a clean and professional condition
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 2-4 years of receptionist, front-desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
