Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a wide breadth of experience managing details.

Job Duties

Enthusiastically welcome all job applicants, contractors, employees, vendors, and visitors by greeting them in person, answering inquiries, provide problem resolution and direction.

Answering, screening, and directing telephone calls with professionalism. Scheduling appointments/calendar management (including coordination of logistics as necessary, notices, support materials, meeting room, catering, etc.).

Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date filing system.

Process employee and subcontractor applications.

Communicate technical instructions to non-technical individuals.

Maintain a neat and clean work environment and professional appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.

Ensure New hire compliance activities such as backgrounds, trainings, employees files, etc…are completed.

Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

Positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of genuine, caring, and friendly.

Sense of humor is required to deal with daily chaos.

Comfortable with making some mistakes and using them as learning opportunities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt to changes.

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.

Experience Managing Applicant Tracking Software Preferred.

Experience in onboarding new employees preferred.

Experience in creating a social media presence, website (Word Press) and/or marketing is a plus.
