About Our Client

A community association management firm with over 38 years of experience, managing 200+ properties across a multi-state region. They serve a diverse clientele, and the continued growth in their region has created ongoing opportunities for new business and expansion.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for the following activities:

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Process violation notices and architectural requests.
  • Perform data entry across multiple platforms for various purposes.
  • Prepare documentation and board notices for homeowners.
  • Follow up on scheduled work and ensure proper documentation is recorded in the system.
  • Provide additional support to Property Managers as requested.

Schedule

  • Regular Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fridays: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

  • Daylight saving:

Monday to Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Fridays: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Minimum Requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking).

  • Around 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Word and Adobe.
  • Basic to medium usage of Excel.
  • Tech savvy.
