What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange departmental meetings
Coordinate and execute departmental events
Book domestic and international travel in accordance with company policy
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Previous experience in customer service roles required
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Ability to handle confidential material with discretion
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and business needs
Experience using Concur, SAP, SharePoint, and Ariba
