About The RoleAs the Administrative Assistant for our company, you will play a multifaceted role with a broad spectrum of responsibilities crucial to the seamless operation of our business. Your duties will encompass managing account payables, procurement, device management, and administering employee services and benefits. Your capacity to juggle diverse tasks, attention to detail, and proficiency in coordinating various aspects of our operations will be instrumental in fostering a well-organized and thriving work environment. By assuming these responsibilities, you will significantly contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our company.

Responsibilities

Financial Administration:

Process payments for account payables, government remittances, and corporate expenses.

Record and submit accurate monthly expense reports promptly.

Monitor compliance with annual and monthly government requirements.

Manage corporate funds, release disbursements, and maintain accurate tracking.

Procurement and Equipment Management:

Oversee procurement, shipment, inspection, security, and care of company equipment.

Facilitate ad-hoc repair or sales of equipment.

Keep the equipment inventory system up-to-date.

Research suppliers and manage vendor relationships.

Employee Services and Engagement:

Administer employee services and benefits, including care packages, birthday treats, and food deliveries.

Support employee engagement programs and initiatives, including creating announcements, co-hosting activities, disbursement/delivery of prizes, and supplier coordination.

Data and Compliance Management

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all confidential company data.
