Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage and respond to emails, correspondence, and customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for senior staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital records related to auctions, sales, and customer information.
  • Liaise with internal teams to handle requests and queries.
  • Organise and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Support the auction and liquidation process by assisting with listing coordination and post-sale administration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative assistant or relevant office support role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent G Suite applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
  • Experience in e-commerce, online retail, or an auction environment is desirable but not essential.
