Starting July 1st!!!! Looking for an Office Assistant who is friendly and out-going, reliable and trustworthy, ability to multi-task, with great customer service skills. Ability to answer phones, show customers around, answer emails, set appointments, fill out paperwork and keep filed correctly, follow up with customers regarding quotes and overdue invoices, keep office clean and tidy. Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word & Excel), Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not required.

Summary

As an Office Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in computer literacy, clerical tasks, and organizational abilities will ensure efficient office management. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks will aid in data entry and financial tracking. Additionally, your relevant experience in calendar management and customer support will enhance our team’s productivity and client relations. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
