CCBST College is a private career college. We are looking to hire full time Administrative assistant and placement assistant. Candidates with following skills apply.

Administrator tasks:

Student Services file management
Detailed audit of student files
Student retention and staff supervision
Management of student list for student placement and grooming students for interview
Setting up interviews with prospective employers for student internship
Manage all students and student files as per ministry requirements
Reference checks

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is looking for a fast-paced environment
At least 1 year of office and/or HR administrative experience
Must be fluent in English
Knowledge in Outlook , word and Excel is preferred
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive and autonomous
Microsoft Office with a focus on Word, Power Point and Excel.
Must have work authorization in the USA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (required)
