The Executive Administrative Assistant for HR and Compliance is responsible for agency compliance tasks related to the business operations, administrative secretarial duties, provide support for investigation and prevention of workplace accidents, human resources onboarding, employee records and benefit processing, maintaining records and files and other administrative tasks as requested.
Candidate will have a professional and friendly demeanor, attention to detail, ability to multi-task efficiently, expert oral and written communication. Proven ability to organize and cross reference protocols and standard operating procedures. A team player with willingness to adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
Preferred Experience 3 years:
Agriculture Perishables Industry
Compliance with various agency requirements
HR administration
Administrative assistant
4 year degree
Language: English, Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
Location: Aptos California
Education: 4 year degree
Driver’s License required
