Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Duties

-Processes and directs all daily reports, request and complaints accordingly and within a timely manner to the appropriate personnel

-Composes, prepares and proofreads correspondence, office memos and reports on computer and maintains confidentiality when required.

-Designs and implements forms for use within office by applying knowledge of software applications, and update as need.
– Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
– Computerize information and maintain electronic files
– Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
– Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
– Utilize computer literacy skills to handle various office software applications
– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

-Provides administrative support for special projects to include research, compiling data and preparations of summary reports based on results.
-Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis in Docs vault or manual filer, and creating new filing system as needed

-Collects all billing and invoicing daily for assigned division supervisors and verifies that all itelms are completed accurately n to the appropriate office personnel

-Input all invoices after approved into our accounting software daily

-Follow up with vendors on unconditional waivers as needed

– Creates and maintains proper response letters on computer for various incoming correspondence
– Support staff with administrative tasks as needed, additional task may be assigned.

Requirements
– Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role
– Proficiency in phone systems and general administrative tasks
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verba

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.83 – $19.24 per hour
