Executive Administrative Assistant – Healthcare (Full-Time)

Position Overview

The Executive Administrative Assistant at CORA Physical Therapy plays a critical role in supporting the senior leadership team. This position is tasked with a variety of administrative duties that ensure the efficient operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of senior executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and timely responses.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and finalize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, and taking minutes.
Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Conditions

The Executive Administrative Assistant position is a remote opportunity. Standard office hours apply, with occasional requirements for extended hours based on the needs of the executive team. Occasional travel may be required.
