We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room coordination
Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply orders
Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required
