Overview:
What You’ll Be Doing
Provides telephone and email support for the department.
Field incoming leads and assign to appropriate sales manager.
Maintain electronic filing system
Create file folders for definite groups
Run reports from multiple platforms
System administrator for multiple systems
Work in Excel spreadsheets
Organize in-house meeting needs
Perform mass distribution of documents
Maintain professional appearance of office
Provide ordering of needed supplies
Perform mailing, faxing, and express mail functions
Attend meetings and take notes
Create flyers as needed

Compensation
$21.00 – $24.00/hour

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license
This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of one- year job-related experience.
Requires operating knowledge of computer equipment and may require broad knowledge in clerical or service areas
Able to demonstrate and maintain consistent and efficient performance.
Able to accomplish projects in a timely manner.
Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $21.00/Hr. – $24.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
