We’re seeking a motivated, positive individual to support our dynamic administrative team.

This is a full-time position, and availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is required.

Job Summary:

For the last twenty years, Hometrack has been providing realtors and businesses with the highest quality products and services — professional photography, Matterport 3D tours, videography, drone photography/videography, virtual staging, custom design, and printed marketing materials. Our talented team of seasoned photographers, videographers and skilled designers offer personalized service and fast turnaround times at competitive rates. Hometrack services also extend to anyone who can benefit from professional marketing to promote a venue, business or service. Based out of the Baltimore metro area, we shoot across the continental United States.

We are looking for a self-motivated, organized person with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist! This important member of the team will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients who contact us by phone, email or web, as well as being a friendly face who welcomes guests to our office.

Requirements:

2+ years administrative experience
Proficient in macOS
Well organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly & positive attitude

Excellent verbal & written communication
Attention to detail
Solution-oriented for Internal and External processes
Time management
Adept in technology

Responsibilities:

Field incoming calls and emails from customers looking to schedule our services
Maintain schedules for multiple photographers based on service type, location & size of property
Creating quotes/coordinating with Sales Team
Creating invoices and maintain billing of services
Aid in scheduling department meetings/trainings

Maintain reporting
