The administrative coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting our accounting professionals.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling and maintaining client records
Coordinating client communications
Preparing engagement letters
Assisting with reception duties

Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent position-related training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
