Job Overview:

We need a jack-of-all-trades—someone who can handle scheduling, billing, email campaigns, and general office tasks while keeping everything organized and efficient. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage job schedules, technician assignments, and client appointments.
Billing & Invoicing: Handle invoicing, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
Email Marketing: Create and send email campaigns to engage clients and promote our services.
General Office Administration: Organize files, manage office supplies, and maintain records.
Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members.
Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve office efficiency and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office administration, scheduling, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar), Microsoft Office, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
