We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and maintaining organized office operations.
*Responsibilities*
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls promptly
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with basic proofreading, filing, and data entry tasks
– Provide administrative support to staff as needed
– Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
– Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
*Qualifications*
– Proven experience in customer service or related field
– Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
– Proficiency in Google Suite and computerized systems
– Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus
– Experience with calendar management is preferred
