Duties
Provide administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, invoicing and document preparation.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Maintain accurate records and assist in the management of office documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication purposes.
Support office management activities to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in clerical duties and office management practices.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
