Position: Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
THE ROLE
STRIVE has partnered with a real estate development company involved in developing single-family residential homes and multi-family townhouses across the Lower Mainland. They are looking for an approximate 1- to 2-month temporary administrative assistant who is adaptable and tech-savvy for their Langley location.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will have some knowledge of marketing and sales procedures. This person should be well organized, technically savvy, and able to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Real estate development experience in considered an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming requests from partner real estate marketing or sales firms regarding potential sales
Interpret and organize contracts
Corporate branding and social media management
General administrative and business operations support across departments
Correspond with vendors and clients, including the external sales team
Create/manage social media initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years in marketing administration or similar role
Real estate industry experience and experience with legal contracts is considered an asset
Creative eye for marketing and branding
Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel
Experience with sales or marketing functions
