Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting our management team by keeping our administrative tasks organized, streamlined, and efficient. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the management team
Assist with filing and maintaining employee records
Keep inventory and stock of supplies, order as necessary
Send daily summary reports via email
Process invoices, receipts, and other operational paperwork
Create our quarterly newsletter and monthly employee newspaper
Help coordinate meetings, take minutes, and organize key documents
Support hiring processes through posting jobs and tracking applicants
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Assist in onboarding and maintaining training records
Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized
Ensure the website and POS system stay up to date
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, POS or scheduling software a plus)
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
