Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Security team in various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining effective communication within the office and ensuring guards are on time and are on respective sites.
Duties
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage scheduling, personnel info is up to date.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatching and transportation management.
Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
