AGENCY OVERVIEW
Yolo Community Care Continuum (YCCC) is a non-profit community-based organization serving individuals with serious mental illness. This position will work in the administrative office providing admin support.
Scheduling will vary from week to week but you can expect your scheduled shifts will be Monday-Friday during normal business hours with one required after-hours meeting per month. You will be working 24-32 hours week.

have a vehicle for some local travel (less than 5%)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$22-$24.26/hr (part-time approx. 24-32 hours/week)
Flexible scheduling times between 8a-4p

RESPONSIBILITIES
Board Support; organization of monthly meetings, responding to board members, includes one monthly Monday evening meeting
Fundraising/Marketing; maintain donor database, fundraising events and asks, donation receipts, social medial marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns
Technology/Website; addresses agency technology needs, inventory of technology, updating of website
General Administrative; office management, records request coordination, assembles agency materials, calendar maintenance, receipting of checks, agency errands, maintenance of storage and records retention, processing monthly reports
Human Resources; coordination of employment ads and interviews, assist with state and federal reporting, initiating background checks and onboarding, backup to payroll processes
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: One year working in an administrative capacity preferred, nonprofit a plus.
Knowledge: Advanced user of Microsoft office products, Canva, Adobe and other office software, office equipment and computer skills required. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn highly preferred.
Special Skills: Organization and time management skills, ability to work in office setting with majority of day seated.
Other requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record and personal transportation and ability to drive as needed.

Pay: $22.00 – $24.26 per hour
