Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, In-Person)
Sin City Real Estate and Management LLC is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! This in-person role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a busy office environment, handling a variety of tasks, and playing a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Assist with scheduling appointments, property showings, and meetings
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and communications
Support property management tasks such as coordinating vendors and tracking maintenance requests
Monitor office supplies and manage inventory
Perform general administrative support for the team
Requirements:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Professional communication skills
Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Real estate or is a plus, but not required
