Administrative Assistant to the COO Jobs in Columbus, OH at B360 Management
This position provides administrative support for the Hospital President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and reports to the President and CAO. Collects and analyzes complex data and information with ability to compile effectively into concise and well-organized presentation of results. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment in discharging responsibilities; exercises latitude in planning, organizing and scheduling work. Coordinates meetings, produces final documents/reports and presentations. Manages small projects. Answers telephone, schedules appointments; makes travel arrangements; and greets visitors.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five (5) years secretarial experience – three (3) of which should include supporting senior management required
Supervisory experience preferred
Must possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization and external customer base
Must have detailed knowledge of organizational operations, procedures and staff
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
High School diploma as accredited by the US Department of Education or GED required
College degree – 2 year or completion of a business school program is preferred
