We are seeking a talented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.

Responsibilities

Enter financial data and transactions
Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
Payroll processing
Prepare invoicing for sales & service
Process accounts payable and receivable
Complete required tax forms
Phone handling skills
Qualifications

Previous experience as an office administrator, bookkeeper, or similar position
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
