Administrative Coordinator

Baryames Cleaners is family owned and Mid-Michigan’s leading Dry Cleaner since 1922.

– $22 per hour to start

– Part time – 25 to 30 hours per week

– Monday through Friday

– No nights, no weekends

– Family-friendly work hours between 9 am to 4 pm

Duties include

– Daily bank reconciliation

– Data entry into Excel spreadsheets

– Payroll

– Customer support via phone, email, and text

Experience required

– Generate and manage reports

– Receivables

– Payables

– Balancing Check book daily

– Customer Assistance

– Daily Reconciliation

– Sales Reports

– Billing

– Account Management

– Phone calls

– Emails

– Employee Interaction

– Proficient in Excel use and applications

– Able to suggest ideas to streamline our processes

– Ability to learn new software
