Duties

Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.
Utilize office management software and phone systems efficiently to enhance productivity.
Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers, handling confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with phone systems and customer support techniques is a plus.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is advantageous but not mandatory.
