Administrative Assistant to Therapy and Reimbursement Department Jobs in Land O’ Lakes, FL at CareRite Centers

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
– Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
– Provide administrative support to staff members as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a receptionist or secretary role helpful but not necessary
– Familiarity with medical office procedures and billing is a plus
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Computer skills
– Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
