Job Summary
The Treasury Administrative Assistant provides vital support to the Treasury Department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various treasury functions. This role involves coordinating communication, organizing documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily treasury activities.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation and Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and contracts.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of treasury reports and files.
Handle Documentations’ logistics from/to Banks requiring signatures and/or stamps.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
Administrative Support
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for treasury team members with banks.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and communications related to treasury functions and banks.
Manage the Group Chief Treasurer’s diary.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration is preferable.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or treasury environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Language proficiency: Arabic & English.
