We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant to join a growing Real Estate Firm.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Make outbound calls to set appointments
Answering phone calls
Greeting clients
Filing documents and organizing documents
Other tasks as requested by manager
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Basic computer skills, inclusive of Excel, Word, Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and organize.
Attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team
