Position: Â FT – Administrative Assistant (Work From Home)
[Office Assistant / Fully Remote] – Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $35.19-hr / 401(k) + 6% employer match / PTO – As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll:
Compose/edit/proofread a variety of correspondence, reports, policies, forms, and other printed or electronic materials;
Create and maintain organizational filing systems;
Mail out tax returns and correspondence;
Reviewing, scanning and forwarding incoming
communication
;
Maintaining tax return documentation and historical records in SharePoint and other systems;
Assisting with tracking deliverables and maintaining
project management
system in SharePoint;
Supporting departmental transformation projects to increase efficiency across tax department;
Supporting regulatory filings and other finance activities;
Assisting team members with other administrative tasks as assigned.
