ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support to the team, managing office operations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Assistant Duties
- Serve as the primary administrative support for business team in Seoul
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics support
- Organize, document, and coordinate expense reimbursement reports
- Compose correspondence as necessary. Perform ad hoc duties as required
- Maintain record of contacts, clients and prospects up to date
General Office Administration
- Assist with all aspects of office administration
- Welcome and assist visitors, communicate with vendors for office maintenance
- Manage procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationship
- Circulate information materials, publications, subscriptions, etc.
Assist in Office Information Technology
- Liaise with Local/Singapore IT team personnel on IT issues for Korea office
- Manage office IT equipment and peripherals
Human Resource & Compliance
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration for new hires and departing employees
- Maintain and manage employee HR documentation and records
- Provide administrative support to senior management, handling ad hoc requests and priorities
- Support compliance with global and local policies and perform related administrative tasks
- Coordinate mandatory compliance training and internal certification processes
- Assist with internal audits and prepare compliance-related documentation and materials
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Korean and English
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external parties
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong sense of ownership in maintaining a professional and well-organized office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
WORK EXPERIENCE
2-5 years of experience in supporting team/executives in multinational companies
