A typical day:

Answering phones, greeting customers

Scheduling appointments

Responding to correspondence

Compiling data and creating reports

Filing, photocopying, scanning

Successful candidates will have:

Must currently live in the Greater Victoria area

Must currently be unemployed and availble 35 hour per week

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office – particularly Word, Excel, Outlook

Previous office experience a definite asset

Total rewards:

$18.00 hourly

Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
